Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)
A specialised gentle therapy to help reduce swelling, improve circulation, and aid detoxification.
It can be used for overall wellness or more specifically pre and post surgery.
Pre-op MLD helps prepare the lymphatic pathways to cope with swelling. Post-op it helps reduce bruising and prevents the build up of scar tisuues by flushing out stagnant fluid. It actively accelerates surgical recovery.
